Check out your local Sears store! Our local Sears is having a great end of summer sale, and clearance is 50-70% off of the original prices. Each clothing department I stopped in had racks and racks of clearance stuff.
I scored two shirts at $2.99 each! After taxes, it was $6.24 for two shirts that were originally $19.99 each. (sorry no pics, camera is still packed!)
