Woo Hoo! This is a great giveaway. I am giving away 9 mineral eyeshadow and 4 blush samples from Sweet Libertine Mineral Cosmetics.
About Sweet Libertine:
Sweet Libertine Mineral Cosmetics is an independent mineral makeup company owned and operated by Sarah Waller. Fed up by the expensive yet inferior cosmetics readily available, Sarah set about spending some time experimenting in her super-secret laboratory. Raising a big middle finger to conventional beauty standards, Sweet Libertine was finally ready to be unleashed on the world. Specializing in offbeat styles and catering to off-kilter women and men, Sweet Libertine set about challenging every preconceived notion of how a cosmetics company could and should be run.

I wanna win so I can be pretty too! Let's face it - make up makes me hot (not hot as in creepy, hot as in smoookin).
ReplyDeleteCool! I want to win because I <3 mineral makeup and I love to play with new colors! And because I like reading your blog posts when they show up on FB but (silly me) didn't realize I could just subscribe to it until now! :)
ReplyDeleteHey Abby! I didnt realize you had a blog, but now that I do.. I am so here! lol
ReplyDeleteI would love to win because I have been looking for new and better mineral makeup to try. I love all the awesome colors they have to offer, that its handmade and also doesnt have any fillers! Plus I want to turn Monique onto some new and fun colors, before she heads off to college.
Thank you for the opportunity and turning me on to Sweet Libertine Mineral Cosmetics, I hope you friend Sarah becomes rich and successful with her super cool makeup :D
I want to win because I'd love to try it out and see if it works for me! Plus, I love reviewing make-up on my site! :-)
ReplyDeleteP.S. I'm having a giveaway too! Enter if interested!
Thank you!!! lisagoneaussie (at) gmail.com
I would love to win! Mineral makeup is wonderful and I would love to try new things!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love mineral makeup! I have hard skin to match, pretty fair with lots of pink undertones, so most make up makes me look like an oompa loompa! Thanks for the great give away!
ReplyDeleteI have literally no make up. It's been so long since bought any that when I opened my make up bag last month before we went on vacation I had to just throw it all out...too scary!
ReplyDeleteI want to win because well first of all, I LOVE color! And also I think I would put it to more uses than a lot of people. I love to wear mineral make-up but did you know there are a ton of arts and crafts that you can use mineral makeup for? Like if you are making soap you can't just use any old coloring agent since soap is going to go onto people's skin, but you CAN use mineral makeup to give your handmade soap some fun color. Also you can put it in candles, and there are a ton of ways that you can decorate greeting cards and do scrapbooking techniques with it! It has a million uses!
ReplyDeleteWow, these are some of the best mineral colors I have ever seen! I would love to win them since I HATE the commercial toxic makeups out there.
ReplyDeleteI want to win because i love Sweet Libertine and sparkly things! I give their products as gifts all the time, to spread the love, especially if I receive a color and it just doesn't work for me. Pay it Forward!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win because I've only been wearing makeup since November and I am trying to build up my collection. subscribed to the blog via my google home page!
ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to try Sweet Libertine's makeup for a long time, but don't have the money in my budget right now. It would be so great to win such a great selection of colors! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win because I adore make-up, and I haven't gotten to try Sweet Libertine products yet (although I'm dying to!)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much :)
Wendy
Those colors are delicious and I love the names! Who wouldn't want to win them? I have a few of Sweet Libertine's eyeshadows and they're wonderful. I haven't tried the blush yet so this would be a great way to sample them and I don't have any of the eyeshadow colors in your giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win cause I have never gotten the chance to try Sweet Libertine though I have wanted to for awhile now. This would be the one to convince me to buy Sarah's stuff.
ReplyDeleteI also have very sensitive skin and love, love, LOVE the colors!
ReplyDeleteIn 2008 I was prepping to go to graduate school and had to move from Florida to Massachusetts. As part of the moving process I did a big purge of my stuff. The first thing I went through to decide what to take with me was all of my cosmetics. I realized that all of it was either expired, just old, or was full of chemicals that I was starting to eliminate from life. I got rid of all of it. Every single thing that could be considered a cosmetic item went into the trash.
ReplyDeleteWhen I moved back to Florida after graduating, I went on a hunt for healthy alternatives to the makeup I could find at the local pharmacy or grocery store. I heard ripples of conversation about Sweet Libertine while I was spending my days on Ravelry. It sounded like a lot of people were really into this product, and since she was a fellow fiber-crafter, I had to check it out.
I've never been much of a makeup person and in the two intervening years since I threw everything out I haven't really worn any. But I put in an order at Sweet Libertine to give them a try.
I couldn't be happier with this decision. The products are amazing, they don't feel like I'm wearing anything and best yet, they don't irritate my skin or contain ingredients that might.
The main reason I would love to win this contest is that I want to add to my small collection. The colors listed above aren't colors that I have available to me, but I'll be honest I can't afford to buy all of the colors that I want. And that's just the eyeshadow. I haven't been able to get any of the other products, and I'm dying to try them out, so the inclusion of blush samples makes me very excited.
Sweet Libertine is simply the best. I will never wear another eyeshadow.
I would like to win because I *love* sweet libertine make up! I can't wear anything else. :)
ReplyDeleteI would like to win cause I'm a mother of 2 boys one is turning 3 in September and one is 1 month old and it doesn't leave me much time to put on make up but when I do I like all different colors and I would like to find make up that feels natural and last a long time since I only put on make up probably 2 days a week! lol. Thank you for the chance and good luck all!
ReplyDeleteI love SL colors, and I've love to win so I can share the goodies with some fellow new mothers from my December 2010 group. Six months catering to the needs of a new baby can make you feel more than a little frumpy, ya know! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great giveaway! I love Sarah's makeup but right now I just afford to buy hardly any of it. Sarah's makeup is so great because its toxic free and there are so many fun colors!
ReplyDeleteThere was a point in time that I simply thought I was incapable of making make-up look good. I would look at friends who had the ability to apply make-up in brilliant, unique fashion. I never understood how they did it. Then, I was fortunate enough to have someone tell me about Sweet Libertine. For the first time in my life I'm applying make-up almost daily and actually enjoying it. That's why I would like to win. :)
ReplyDeleteAside from that, however, I've spent the last while reading your past blog posts and I'm really, really excited about reading any and all upcoming ones! What brilliant ideas! I'm glad Sarah mentioned this contest for the simple fact that I now have an awesome new blog to follow. ^.^
This is an awesome giveaway!
ReplyDeleteThe reason I want to win is because I, after so many years, am finally using makeup and I have fallen in love with Sweet Libertine. The colors are fantastic, easy to use, and so much fun to experiment with. I cannot buy it all that often but when I do, it's always well worth the money.
I would love to win any of those awesome Sweet Libertine products... I'm addicted, but I have limited fundage because I'm in the accelerated nursing program at Kent State University. It doesn't leave much money for extras, but I believe in everything that Sweet Libertine stands for.
ReplyDeleteI've subscribed. I would like to win Sweet Libertine because the concept intrigues me, and I like things that make me feel pretty.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win because trying new things is the best way to get hooked!! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm a makeup fiend with no cashflow right now. I've had mini-hauls here and there, but I've never gotten that much awesome stuff all at once. It would be so exciting!
ReplyDeleteI think its fantastic that you are sharing the awesomeness of Sweet Libertine via this contest. Great blog.
ReplyDeleteI want to win because I love makeup! I want to become a makeup artist. I use bare minerals and would love to win this so I could compare and see how much I'd love it!!!
ReplyDeleteI like trying new mineral makeup!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to win because I need to find a safe, minimal-ingredient eyeshadow for my sensitive skin. These mineral eyeshadows look fabulous with great ingredients!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great contest! :)
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to win because I've been going through a phase where I just feel icky. I just finished four years of hard-core graduate school, while working full time, and I'm TIRED. I've put on weight, my skin is gross, I haven't had time to exercise. After I'm totally done in July, I plan on getting back into the gym, getting a killer haircut, and working on feeling pretty again. SL samples would totally help with those goals! :)
I would love to win! I've been DYING to try Sweet Libertine, but most of my money goes to rent and bills :(
