Ingredients:
- 1 (4.9 oz.) package Hungry Jack® Sour Cream & Chives Potatoes
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Saute Onion in butter.
- Combine potatoes, sauce mix, water and milk in 3-quart saucepan. Heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in ham, and any frozen veggies you wish.
- Mix 1 Cup cheese into potato/ham mixture.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish, top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until cheese on top is bubbly, brown and yummy!
