The Deal and What to do with Veggie Burgers

This week at Target, Morning star Farms Spicy Black Bean veggie burgers are on sale for $2.99 a package.  Recently I found some $1.00 IP's and I just found $1/2 Morning Star Target IP.

So, here was my plan:

4 boxes of Maring Star Farm Spicy Black Bean Burgers at $2.99/ea. = $11.96

-4 $1.00 Manufacturer IP

-2 $1/2 Target IP

Total= $5.96 for 4 boxes of Black Bean Burgers! (Bonus, I'll save 5% when I use my Target Debit Card, so my new total was $5.36!)

What am I going to do with them? I use them in enchiladas in the place of meat.  I defrost them and chop them roughly, and layer it in my enchilada casserole.
