Menu Plan for this week

Monday:

  • B:Cereal for me, an egg and toast sandwich for hubs.

  • L: Business lunch with hubs.

  • D: Chicken casserole with savory garlic and herb cooking creme, broccoli, and gluten free pasta


 

Tuesday:

  • B:Cereal for me, an egg and toast sandwich for hubs.

  • L: Leftovers

  • D: Italian sausage meatballs with marinara and whole wheat pasta (we're trying to use up the remaining whole wheat pasta).


 

Weds:

  • B:Cereal for me, an egg and toast sandwich for hubs.

  • L: Leftovers

  • D: Roast Beef sandwiches, soup, and raw veggies with dip


 

Thursday:

  • B:Cereal for me, an egg and toast sandwich for hubs.

  • L: Leftovers

  • D:Quiche with bacon and carmelized onions, salad


 

Friday:

  • B:Cereal for me, an egg and toast sandwich for hubs.

  • L: Leftovers

  • D: Inside out cheeseburgers, sweet potato fries (oven baked), and green beans


 

Saturday:

  • B:Eggs and bacon

  • L: lunch out (probably Mexican!)

  • D: Shepherds pie, salad


 

Sunday:

  • B:Pancakes

  • L: grilled cheese sandwiches, veggies

  • Taco salad, Good Beans (non fat vegetarian refried beans, a can of Ro*tel tomatoes, and 1/2 c. of cheese)


All lunches include a piece of fruit,  cut up veggies, bottle of water, granola bar and lollipop.

Sunday is cook ahead day, so I'll probably whip up a batch of vegetarian chili in the big crockpot, bbq chicken in the smaller crockpot, and portion it out for dinners and a couple tupperware containers for lunches.

 

I don't have to do any major shopping this week.  99% of this food we have at home.  All I need to buy is 3-4 bags of salad and a bag of carrots from 99 cents only today.
