- D: Quiche with egg whites, cheddar cheese and bacon. Salad and brownies.
Tuesday:
- B:Zone bars and coffee with creamer
- L: Leftovers
- D: Italian sausage meatloaf with italian cheese and marinara, salad veggies
Weds:
- B:Zone bars and coffee with creamer
- L: Leftovers
- D: Taco Salad
Thursday:
- B:Zone bars and coffee with creamer
- L: Leftovers
- D:Chef salad
Friday:
- B:Zone bars and coffee with creamer
- L: Leftovers
- D: black bean enchiladas
Saturday:
- B:Eggs and bacon
- L: lunch out (probably Mexican!)
- D: leftovers
Sunday:
- B:Eat Out
- L: quesdaillas
- D: Tortillas stuffers on salad
All lunches include a piece of fruit, cut up veggies, bottle of water, granola bar and lollipop.
I meal plan each week so that I can effectively use the food in our freezer and stockpile and cut down on food waste.
