Meal Plan Monday!

Monday means another weekly meal plan!

 

Monday:

  • B: Zone bars and coffee with creamer

  • L:Leftovers

  • D: Quiche with egg whites, cheddar cheese and bacon. Salad and brownies.


Tuesday:

  • B:Zone bars and coffee with creamer

  • L: Leftovers

  • D: Italian sausage meatloaf with italian cheese and marinara, salad veggies


Weds:

  • B:Zone bars and coffee with creamer

  • L: Leftovers

  • D: Taco Salad


Thursday:

  • B:Zone bars and coffee with creamer

  • L: Leftovers

  • D:Chef salad


Friday:

  • B:Zone bars and coffee with creamer

  • L: Leftovers

  • D: black bean enchiladas


Saturday:

  • B:Eggs and bacon

  • L: lunch out (probably Mexican!)

  • D: leftovers


Sunday:

  • B:Eat Out

  • L: quesdaillas

  • D: Tortillas stuffers on salad


All lunches include a piece of fruit,  cut up veggies, bottle of water, granola bar and lollipop.

 

I meal plan each week so that I can effectively use the food in our freezer and stockpile and cut down on food waste.
