And finally, while not exactly a freebie (it costs $20!), it's an event that has the opportunity for a lot of great freebies. Self Magazine has an event across the country each year called Workout in the Park, and this year the event in Sn Diego is on 4/24/10 at Mission Bay Park.  Tickets are $20. With your ticket, you will receive a free subscription  to Self (Or you can ask for a refund of $10 if you are like me and already have a free subscription!).  There are great work out classes scheduled throughout the day, and the sponsors will have samples and demonstrations set up.  I am really looking forward to it.  I'd love to go with some other San Diego area ladies.
